RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with ORYNESTA. This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through www.orynesta.com.

1. 30-Day Return Policy

We accept eligible return requests within 30 calendar days after delivery.

To qualify for a standard return, items must generally be:

Unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
Returned with original packaging and accessories, where reasonably applicable.
Accompanied by an order number or proof of purchase.

These conditions do not limit your rights regarding defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products.

2. How to Request a Return

Please provide your order number, the reason for your return, and relevant photographs if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

3. Return Shipping Costs

ORYNESTA covers reasonable return shipping costs for returns approved as eligible under this policy.

Customers may be required to pay the return shipping cost upfront, following the instructions provided by our customer support team.

After the returned merchandise is received and inspected, eligible return shipping costs will be reimbursed together with the approved product refund.

Please retain your shipping receipt and tracking number. Reimbursement is based on documented, eligible return shipping expenses incurred in accordance with our instructions.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

We may request photographs and order information to investigate the issue.

Depending on the circumstances, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, refund, or another solution required by applicable law.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may be excluded from standard change-of-mind returns where clearly disclosed before purchase and permitted by law, including:

Personalized or custom-made products.
Certain opened hygiene-sensitive products.
Gift cards.
Products specifically marked as final sale, where legally permitted.

These exclusions do not override applicable rights concerning defective or misdescribed products.

6. Refund Processing

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the refund decision.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, unless another method is agreed upon or required by law.

We aim to initiate approved refunds within 5 business days after completing the return inspection, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Eligible prepaid return shipping costs will be reimbursed together with the approved refund.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to make the funds available.

8. Order Cancellations

We will attempt to cancel orders before shipment. Once an order has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible, but eligible items may be returned after delivery.
